Customer Service Numbering System
From July 21, 2023 (Friday) and for the time being, we have changed to a numbered ticket distribution system.
★ Weekdays: 50 people
★ Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 70 people
We will distribute numbered tickets in order of arrival, starting at 9 am.
We sincerely apologize for the change, and we understand that it may cause you a great deal of inconvenience.
The reason for the system change is that we have been receiving a number of customers beyond our capacity, leading to a situation where customer service and service are not up to par.

Oyakoan has always interacted with customers and worked as a family to nurture and grow with our customers. Our constant commitment since our founding is to “strive to send customers home with a smile after they have eaten.” It has always been a pleasure to talk to customers whenever possible.
However, with the current staff: ・One chef ・One floor staff (two on holidays) We have reached our physical limits and are concerned that it might lead to poor health of our staff. Ideally, we want to meet, talk to, and serve all our customers. It is a great source of sadness and frustration for us, but for the time being, we have to take this approach.
Oyakoan is still in a growth phase, and we will work hard to gradually create an environment where we can meet, talk to, and serve as many customers as possible as we gain more flexibility in our staffing.
