When a product you didn't order is delivered
Please contact us and then return the goods to the address on the Oyakoan home page. We will ship you replacement goods ASAP.
If there is damage to the delivered goods
Please return the damaged goods to Oyakoan at the address on the Oyakoan home page and inform us of the damage. We will shop replacement goods. We cannot refund any damaged goods.
Change of order or cancellation
Before shipment you can change or cancel your order. We do not ship until at least 3-4 days after ordering so during that time you are free to change or cancel your order. After shipping we cannot change or cancel your order.
Are bulk orders supported?
Based on stock levels, we can support bulk orders. Please email us first.
Can the orders be gift wrapped?
Depending on stock levels it is possible. Please contact us by email.
